Drawing on around 20 years of frontline experience, we provide end-to-end support — from strengthening health systems to improving quality at the frontline. Above all, we put local needs at the center, working with stakeholders to shape solutions that truly work.

Mission, Vision, Values

Founder's message — Putting the frontline's voice first.

My path into global health began in my twenties, at a health center in Benin as an HIV/AIDS-focused overseas cooperation volunteer. I was struck by how powerless I was in the face of clear, urgent needs. "I want to build my capabilities and save lives that can be saved" — that wish remains the starting point for everything I do.

I am not a clinician. That is precisely why I have kept asking what a non-clinician can do. In developing countries, health workers carry the daily burden of care amid chronic staff shortages. When errors or lapses in quality occur in such conditions, it is, in a sense, unavoidable. Yet if we can propose improvements from an outside perspective, health workers can work more comfortably and care can be delivered more safely — so that both staff and patients are better off. That is what I believe.

Amid the rapid advance of IT and AI, I have been studying programming and data use, hoping to put these technologies to work for the frontline. Technology is not the goal; it is a means to support busy health workers and enable better decisions.

RASSIX LLC was born from the wish to be a place where each person can do their best work as themselves — and to direct that energy toward the world's health challenges. We will continue to be a partner that walks alongside the frontline.
