Drawing on around 20 years of hands-on experience in global health, RASSIX provides end-to-end support — from strengthening health systems to improving quality at the frontline. What matters most to us is putting local needs first. We work alongside stakeholders to shape solutions that truly work in the field. We work across four areas.

1. Health systems strengthening (UHC)

ChallengeIn many countries, achieving Universal Health Coverage with limited resources is a pressing goal. Building the systems behind health administration and service delivery requires connecting policy, the frontline, and partner institutions.

What we offerWe strengthen health administration and service-delivery systems at both policy and frontline levels, bridging international organizations, governments, and the field until systems actually work on the ground.

ApproachStarting from situation analysis and dialogue with stakeholders, we structure the issues, translate them into actionable plans, and support implementation while building consensus.

Typical deliverablesSituation-analysis reports, system- and capacity-strengthening plans, stakeholder workshops, support for project formulation and implementation.

2. Surveys, evaluation & monitoring (M&E)

ChallengeDemonstrating results and informing the next decision requires reliable data and objective evaluation. Yet the field often struggles with how to design what and how to measure, and how to use the data collected.

What we offerFrom baseline surveys to program monitoring and evaluation, we support evidence creation end-to-end — drawing out insights that inform decisions.

ApproachWe handle everything from evaluation design (indicators and methods) to quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, interpretation, and recommendations.

3. Hospital management & quality improvement

ChallengeHealth facilities in developing countries sustain day-to-day care amid chronic staff shortages, making it hard to secure quality and safety.

What we offerWe support operations and quality improvement from an outside perspective, benefiting staff and patients alike. We bring particular strength from extensive experience with the 5S-KAIZEN-TQM model, supporting the full cycle from training design to delivery.

ApproachWe listen to the frontline, make issues visible, and — building on 5S-KAIZEN-TQM — design and introduce realistic, sustainable improvements until they take root.

Typical deliverablesIntroduction and embedding of 5S-KAIZEN-TQM, training design and delivery, operational and process improvement, quality-improvement mechanisms, capacity building.

4. Health data & digital solutions (IT × Health)

ChallengeHealth data is often costly to compile and report, and underused for decisions at the frontline, while the scope for IT and AI is expanding.

What we offerUsing AI, Excel, and BI tools, we streamline the processing and visualization of health data, enabling data-driven decisions through practical tools and dashboards.

ApproachWe map workflows and data flows, identify inefficiencies, and design sustainable mechanisms — starting small and growing them with the field.
